NoBroker com - Cancelled same day delivery charge for rental agreement rwfund

*.I had requested to make rent agreement to NoBroker on **th may at **.**pm and after all formalities i had paid Rs .*** at same time ,when i received mail from NoBroker about dispatch of agreement at my hometown address where i am not residing now , i cancelled the agreement at **.** till today after sending so many email i am not getting back money not even any email related to this issue,
*. I had again order rental agreement on **th May and paid Rs.***(which includes e-signature which not happened)and on **th may paid Rs.***/- for same day delivery charges but my agreement dispatched on **th May and when i sent mail regarding this issue but i didn't get answer till today(**th May)
