- Cancelled my booking without any notice and no help was given Open
I booked a zoomcar with booking I'd (JPS***LS*) applying a promocode "newpun****" which got applied and I got the discount and paid the rest amount and I got the confirmation mail and messages but after two days when I had already booked flight tickets and hotel according to the booking they sent me a mail and a message saying booking is cancelled and when I tweeted regarding this that said it was a technical glitch so they can't do anything and they just cancelled my booking
