Goibibo - Cancelled Flight Bookings due to COVID not refunded or Goibibo cash credited

We had * bookings via GoIbibo from April **** to May ****.. due to COVID, all of them were obviously cancelled… but there is no response via chat service.. Its only mentioned **/* support.. but there is not even * minute support.. we were told, either we will get credit shell, goibibo cash… there is nothing done yet.. no refund on card, no goibibo cash credited.. Our hard earned money of (~**k) is consumed by GoIbibo.. government had clearly mentioned & announced, everything should be refunded to customers.. this is not followed in these cases…
