Chahat garg filed complaint against Byjus- IAS on Jan 9, 2020
I have purchased this tab and books in march but i requested to cancel it in the very next week. But their salespeople mr.rohit told me to use it one week more . After that again i requested him to cancel this thing. But that time he denies to cancel it as the the period required for cancelling order was over that time. But i dont want to pay next EMI s as * are left now.rest i paid. Because of their calling and SMS. Now i have no money to waste on this thing that i am never gonna use. Pls refund my money that i paid to byjus.
