Byjus- IAS - SD Card not delivered

I have payed ***** for my Byjus IAS . As said while payment I was supposed to receive * SD cards as a part of tablet course for UPSC and since the day I received the TAB i have been facing issue with the company , as they have not sent me my login credentials in time and my schedule and my mentor .
I was supposed to receive my *rd SD card which contains dynamics of all that are related to Prelims which has CSAT and I did not receive it even after the prelims is completed and now if I call they are not responding to my request
