S filed complaint against Byjus- IAS on May 30, 2023
I have been calling from a week now for a refund and mailed many times. I asked for the cancellation on the same day as I paid for it because there absolutely nothing that the course can offer me, all their classes are also available for free on their YouTube and I have no access to recorded classes which they promised when they enrolled me.
Every time I call the same response and reading reviews about it online is only making me anxious about me never getting my refund back. ***** is HUGE! They need to call me back! And give me my refund back soon!!!!!!!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
