Byjus- IAS - Cancellation of services

I have purchased a Byjus learning app of IAS ENGLISH **** on Dt. **.**.**** Rt.no-TNL************ at that time I have paid a sum of RS *****/- through online banking and paid a installment on **.**.**,**.**.**,**.**.**** of RS ****/- since I have a very low financial condition and I am unable to pay further Installments and I am also a law student (pursuing) since my final exams will also be held in **** therefore I will not able to give time in my IAS studies and also not able to take benefit of Byjus studies like.( Interviews sessios,seminars,news lectures etc.) Since I have a enough time to attempt upto age of ** years as required in IAS exam . According to counsellor saying I have purchased also according to him I am requested on month of November for cancellation but no update has been made up till date regarding cancellation and Byjus finance team is regularly asking for a EMI of RS **** and they are also saying to progress the cancellation otherwise this current month EMI will also get enclosed .
So it a kind request to Byjus team to deactivate my student I.d and kindly unsubscribe from all the Byjus activity since I am unable to pay further Installments since I have been gone a low financial condition and I want to continue the services after **** maybe.
Hope, my complain be lodged and the matter will be resolved.
