I have been trying to do a normal cancellation for my above flight booking (This include cancellation charges of Rs **,***).The orginally booked a ticket which has partial cancellation option so according to rule it should be given to me as an option. It has been almost * months. Every time they would change my cancellation status to "There will not be any refund applicable for your booking, as we have aborted the cancellation placed by you as per your request". please refund the money I am supposed to get back
