Flipkart - cancellation of order without my concern

I have ordered * items on *rd may ** for the offer price of total rs *** in flipkart which is assured to be delivered within *th of may **. But for some reason i didn't receive the product. By checking the flipkart orders i got to know that the product delivery is delayed to *~**th may ** where i have already made a commitment to give those ordered product to another person on *th may itself but got nothing but mental stress. In addition on *th may ** I got shocked to know that my * orders were cancelled stating "seller cancelled your order" which is unacceptable and made me depressed. I have contacted flipkart customer service center they said that the orders were cancelled due to the damage during the shipment and cant help me with this issue any further. And saying that i have to order the same products again with current price where the offers were already ended and the price hiked. Though the mistake was not mine I'm the one who suffers. I'm really depressed with this situation. feeling betrayed and helpless. Instead of replacing the products they directly cancelled the orders without any prior notice and my concern which is totally not fair. I have fallen in the pit of betrayal and mental agony. please help me to solve this issue. customer care totally denied me to help.
