BYjus class - Cancellation of BYJUs course due to personal problem

Hello sir/madam ,
Iam sudha resident of tamil nadu. We have ordered byjus IAS Course subscription and form not satisfied for online class for * months and byjus getting education loan for aditya birla finance , actually noted initial amount **** payment very struggling after i am paying then after one month * emi paid that also struggling also my family financial situation iam not able EMI on time so we have mailing byjus more more time then more calls we have received but they are convince , sometimes threatening and rude fight with them her said 'you will study or would not study that's no problem 'you will pay emi amount don't pay your documents submit action for you her told . Sir it was really unfair and cheating. Sir we are form lower middle class family and my father is a jobless my mom is a home maker am they only wanted me to be in the good position .So they accept the course even in lack of money. My parents are not educated so they accept simply by staff fake promises . We have only zero balance in our account due to no job some family situation emi in the month wouldn't pay some finical issue but they are couldn't understand my situation .
It's also affected my parents mentally by their frequent and threatening call
