BYjus class - Cancellation
Devasri filed complaint against BYjus class on Nov 1, 2022
Devasri was a student who have enrolled in byjus classes. But due to some eye problem we cant able yo continue the classes although we have financial issues. We have request for cancellation before * months and asking for cancellation. They company says we are not responsible for the concern if u study or not you must pay the money and asking money. I have submitted the medicle documents also but no action taken. Very worst customer support and very worst company policy.
