I had booked flight tickets from Bangalore to Chennai (**th Apr'**) and Chennai to Bangalore vide PNR No. XVHLYF. The flights on both these dates were cancelled by the airline group due to operational reasons. I even have a confirmation message from the airline group. I tried to cancel my booking online on happyeasygo.com citing the reason that flight was cancelled by airline and claiming a full refund. However, I was shocked to know that the refundable amount was zero (*) and HappyEasyGo Team is asking for cancellation fees of Rs.**** per ticket. This is fraud and cheating since we were not informed of any such cancellation fees or charges at the time of booking the tickets. Further, since flight has been cancelled by the airline group due to operational reasons, I am eligible for full refund.
In case of failure to give a full refund, I would raise the matter on social media and also in consumer forum.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
