I booked flight ticket on Make my trip app and due to health issues I had to cancel the ticket, and I cancelled it many days before my departure and it's been more than ** days. But still make my trip is not refunding my ticket cancellation amount. It's been an excruciatingly frustrating since I initiated the cancellation, and the blatant delay in processing my refund is a testament to your disregard for customer satisfaction.
This gross mishandling of a simple refund transaction reflects poorly on MakeMyTrip's professionalism and integrity. I demand immediate attention to this matter.
