I had booked a tickets for flight round trip and it reference number is REF********* from Dibrugarh to Delhi and Delhi to Dibrugarh from the website of travolook.com. The ticket was booked and had also send a email that it's in progress but after sometime another email came as it is cancelled.the amount was deducted. Soon after I received the email it was cancelled then I call to the customer service representative and request for refund then they informed me that it will refund with *-* working days. Repeatedly i contact with them but they say it will be refund with * days , ** days..I had send all the details which is required for refundable process.
Now it is more than * months I still didn't receive the amount.
