Dear Sir,
Mr. Pawan Gadia, CEO,
This brings to your notice few of the concerns and my pathetic experience with ferns & petals.*. I have ordered a gift for my wife on **/*/**** and while ordering it will be delivered on **/*/**** and hence ordered (Birthday gift) .*.But to my surprise from your side that i cannot be delivered today and will be delivered on **/*/**** .I want to cancel this order as there is no point of receiving this on **th March **** and want my money BACK .
*.But as per mail from your side it cannot be cancelled and refunded?I want to know why?
IS THE BASIC SERVICE PURPOSE YOU PEOPLE ARE FAILED , AS A CUSTOMER CAN'T I DONT HAVE A RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS AND MONEY BACK?
Is it not fooling customers like me that once money paid it cannot be refunded and taken for granted ?
hereby i request you to take this up and CANCEL my order and initiate to refund my money ASAP.
