Ferns Petals - Cake booked was not delivered

Booked Anniversary cake on **th Oct (Order #********) in Bangalore.
The cake was supposed to be delivered on the **th Oct'** between **:** to **:** but it never got delivered. The update showed that delivery was attempted but reason for the delivery failure was not answering the call. This company is a CHEAT.
whereas in same order from FnP the flower person delivered the flowers. even the address is located in posh colony of Indira Nagar Bangalore.
What kind of worst app or service FNP provides, even customer service didn't answer the call & when answered kept me hold for more than ** minutes & was not ready to listen instead of make safe the deliver person.
Last moment made my surprise vanished.
Absolutely zero accountability and the most irresponsible team, I have come across. It's a SHAME how this company is able to function.
