I ordered a wedding gift for my friend's wedding, it was supposed to be delivered by *th December **** but it hasn't been delivered yet.
No one gave me a proper confirmation to when the order will be delivered or what will happen if it isn't delivered.
I feel like I have been cheated out of my money and not only that the helpline chat and customer care executives stopped replying to me in the middle of the call.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
