I ordered a cake on **.**.****. to be delivered on the next day and they accepted the order. On the day of delivery, I received a mail from the portal stating they can't deliver to the said location and will refund the amount in the cakesportal wallet. I received no money and also it makes no sense to get money in the portal's wallet as they don't deliver anywhere. It's a fraud portal and I want them to refund the money in the account from where the payment came. And also this portal should be brought down by the authorities so that in future others don't get scammed by them.
