I wrongly booked a cab with the drop location as pickup and vice versa. And paid the full amount of the ride beforehand online for a hassle-free ride. But when I raised the issue there is no policy of modification or even a refund. The goibibo app offers to make the option to make full payment (which includes driver fees for the whole ride and toll taxes) and a mandatory booking amount of *** INR. I booked a cab with the full amount for a hassle free-drop, I expected some cancellation charges, not the whole amount(which I decided to pay earlier online) Booking I'd: CARPAGHWDCBA*XY. The point is even now when I book a new cab doing the same mistake but pay only the partial payment. my penalty is different. The invoice I received now is very different from the fare breakup during booking where they have adjusted the cancellation free to Internet Handling charges of *** INR out of ****. If the same ride was booked only with the prebooked amount the services are the same but the penalty would be different.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
