I enrolled for Byjus classes for my * children on **th August ****. It was a siblings package. It cost me ***** & the consultant promised social studies but there was no books or study material for that subject. Also this ***** was converted to EMI for ** months. I wanted a refund within few days of enrolling as I didn't like the concept or support provided & even dat one subject wasn't included inspite of discussing before enrolling. Since I said I wanted to cancel Byjus registration for both my children my calls are being ignored. I want my hard earned money back as the EMI is still on & every month I am not benefitting but my money has been going in Byjus Account.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
