We requested to cancel the Byjus subscription in the month of October'** through cancellation@byjus.com. Earlier we request the concerned person Mr. Sampath regarding the change of plan or else cancel the plan in the month of August'** from whom we have taken the by jus subscription but no reply either thru phone calls or for whatsapp app.
We have not attended online classes single day, attended classes under a trial period of ** days only (free period).We are getting calls to pay EMI and my Bank account is freezed condition monthly for subsequent payments to be made.
Kindly look into and resolve the issue asap.
