Think and learn Private Limited Byjus - BYJU S not cooperating with customers and leaking customer s phone numbers

I had taken BYJU'S classes for rs ***** with rs **** advance payment for * years. But because i had financial problems, i decided to cancel the BYJU'S classes. I called the BYJU'S team for cancel it, but they didn't respond. I called them hundreds of times but still they didn't cancel the loan fo rs *****. After sometime, they apologized for this issue and they told me that they will cancel the loan of rs ***** and start a new loan of rs ***** because the loan cancel period had expired. But they didn't cancel the first loan and the both of the loans were activated!!!! I contacted the BYJU'S team but they cancel the loan and take the case seriously! And they also then the rs **** as part of the loan from me!!! I then consumer complained against BYJU'S by the help of Voxya, then they cancelled the first loan and told that they will return the taken money of rs ****. But they didn't give the refund!!!!! After few days, i started receiving calls from customers who had also bought the BYJU'S classes and their mentor, Payel Joshi, told them to call on my phone number and gave my numbers to them through email!!! I then complained to the team but still didn't do anything about it and didn't take it seriously!! The customers also told me that they also had problems and they wanted to cancel their loan which they had taken for BYJU'S classes, they couldn't cancel the loan because they faced the same problems as mine. Please help us! We need help and support! How can BYJU'S be cruel and do fraud to it's customers and leaking my phone number throughout the country! If they keep doing this, no one will buy their classes and the company will collapse. So Please help me!!!!
