I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the unscrupulous practices and lack of professionalism exhibited by Spinny, the car seller who sold me a vehicle on December **, ****, under a buyback policy. Despite having adhered to all the terms and conditions outlined in our buyback agreement, Spinny has unilaterally decided to deny my rightful compensation of rupees *,**,*** by citing a baseless claim of a member punch at the front right wheel, which I am in no way responsible for.
To provide some context, I must emphasize that I am the third owner of the car in question and had no involvement in any damage that may have occurred prior to my ownership. I have meticulously maintained the vehicle, and there is no evidence to support Spinny's claim of me causing the alleged member punch. Furthermore, the lengthy duration of three weeks spent on pursuing this matter with the company has only added to my frustration and depleted my faith in Spinny's commitment to customer satisfaction.
In their repeated attempts to evade their obligations, Spinny representatives have consistently forced me to reiterate the same account to each individual encountered. After enduring their insistence on multiple inspections, I reluctantly agreed to an additional examination of the car, leading to a total of four inspections thus far. Astonishingly, the most recent inspection, conducted on May **, ****, revealed no issues with the vehicle, contrary to Spinny's previous claims.
Despite this seemingly favorable outcome, Spinny has once again demonstrated their disregard for our agreement by presenting an estimated cost that falls significantly short of the agreed-upon compensation of rupees *,**,***. Such behavior not only exhibits a lack of integrity but also raises serious questions about the sincerity of Spinny's buyback policy and their commitment to honoring their contractual obligations.
I demand that Spinny promptly rectify this matter by providing the agreed-upon compensation of rupees *,**,***, which I am rightfully entitled to under our buyback agreement. Additionally, I implore Spinny to reconsider its unprofessional conduct and uphold the principles of transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction that should be the cornerstone of any reputable organization.
Failure to address this issue in a timely and satisfactory manner will leave me with no choice but to explore alternative measures to protect my rights as a consumer. I trust that Spinny will realize the importance of resolving this matter amicably and will take immediate action to rectify the situation.
I eagerly await your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue.
