Spinny Company - Refund Deduction Without Prior Information Request for Resolution

I received calls today from Spinny regarding the RTO transfer – first from Mr. Naresh and then from Mr. Rahul (most likely referred by Mr. Naresh).
Mr. Naresh did ask me whether I would be able to go for the RTO transfer myself, but neither of them informed me that if Spinny completes the RTO transfer through video verification, any amount would be deducted from my ₹**,*** deposit refund.
If I had been informed earlier that ₹**,*** would be deducted from my refund, I would have gone myself to Noida for the transfer.
The total travel cost would have been only ₹*,***–₹*,*** —
but due to lack of information, I have suffered a loss of ₹**,***, which is completely unfair.
At no point did I give permission for such a deduction, nor was I given any information, message, or confirmation regarding this.
Therefore, I sincerely request the following:
My full deposit amount of ₹**,*** should be refunded,
as this deduction was made without prior information and without my consent.
Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
