Spinny Company - Accident car sold as not accidental under assured category

I brought a car with spinny under assured category which mentioned that its non accident vehicle. However when i went to showroom and saw the history its shown that car had * major accidents which had insurance claims as well. One of it has repairs to the extent of replacing boot door and chassis repair as well. This is very misleading and has fraudulent nature of selling damaged vehicles in the name of assured category. Customer service says they dont care about the history as i already brought and current issues i face is not covered under their warranty
