I have booked a ticket through Red Bus in Vinayaka Travels from Bangalore to Kottayam on **.**.**** boarding point at Lalbaugh. Ticket issued by Red Bus, but no bus details, such as driver number etc provided. The scheduled departure time in ticket was **.** pm. I was waiting at the pickup point from **.**pm onwards. But no bus came up to **.**pm. In between I contacted the number, i.e. ********** provided in the ticket and the agent informed bus will come and pick up me. But up to **.** no bus reached and on whats aap chat with the RedBus, they provided driver mobile number **********. On contacting this driver number, I was told the bus already crossed Hosur. Afterwards I managed my trip by paying Rs.****/- in a private bus due to my urgency at Kottayam on next day. The complaint already registered in Red Bus portal in night itself at **.**pm, but no communication till now.
