Booked ticket on yatra.com to go from sonauli to lucknow on March ** **** for travel on March ** **** at **-**. We went to taxi parking to board the bus, waited there till **-** no bus came. Had to rent a car n go as we had a flight to catch from lucknow at * am.march **th. Want refund of two tickets ****x*= **** plus difference of car rent and mental anguish total ****. Ref no. *************, *************, tina shah, vinay mutha. The no. Listed on ticket for travel anshi was always switched off. We called so many times asking when bus will come. Yatra has not responded to complaint.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
