Red Bus - Bus didn t arrived but still not providing refund

I booked ticket from redbus app from noida to lucknow on **th may with intercity bus but even though we reached destination as mentioned in app still bus didn't arrived and picked. No call was getting connected with intercity bus. Later bus driver called and said he left. I raised request multiple times to red bus team but they are closing it saying operator is saying co passenger came and based on co passenger they are closing the case. Please help in providing refund. They should be compensate not only money but my time , health . Please find the ticket details and ola screenshot of arriving correct destination.
