I'm working in a corporate company. Regularly I'm coming to the office by bus only. Today I have a problem with the bus. That issue is conductor is not giving me the ticket due to I have ***/- Rs. he insulted me in front of all the public. Really I'm very much hurt today. At the same time, the bus was stopped on way, not a bus stop and the conductor was shouting on me to go down to the bus. But he is having the change of *** Rs.
Finally, I asked him the name and ID, he's did not shared to me. So many peoples are requested to the conductor but he did not agree. I got a ** Rs ticket in ** Rs. he's only returned *** Rs out of *** Rs.
I need a proper justification for this issue. I need my money back. I hope I will get a good response from TSRTC. If not I will seek help from the consumer court. Do the needful on high priority. Please find the below detail & attachment.
