On **rd March I booked tickets from Indore to Ahmedabad at ** pm on GSRTC Bus. When I went to the boarding point and I do enquiry about the bus on Gangwal bus stand Indore. So they told the bus is not coming before * days and also not coming after * days. I told I booked my bus and I also received a message from the redbus that your bus is ready to please go to boarding point. So I'm totally shocked how it possible that but there is no bus are available for GSRTC transport. So I complain to redbus and redbus executive told yes there is no bus available and then I do my complaint against bus cancelled and want to refund my money. On **th I called to red bus one of executive Miss. Anu and one of floor supervisor told me please ma'am give me the **hrs. We definitely refunded your money within ** hrs. But after ** I didn't receive my money. So again I called to red bus and his one executive Mr Bitooo employee Id- **** told me, ma'am, I just highlighted your request please wait to * o'clock definitely you have no any need to call us. We will solve your complaint before * pm. And then I cooperate with those executive and I waited of this but still yesterday at * pm. I haven't received any message and money also. So I again called them and I talk Mr Lekhraj of Redbus manager. He told me to give ** hrs and said we can't give any assured regarding your money is Cr. Or not because we have not received any money from GERTC. But I told him I gave the money to redbus so I just want to refund also from redbus but he totally denied said we can't give any surety regarding money refund. So I just did a complaint on your page. Please help me and solve my issue and refund my money.
