SANTOSH CHAVAN filed complaint against Red Bus on Jan 31, 2019
I have booked a ticket from malkapur to pune from red bus app. I have selected droping point at sangavi in pune and the bus driver droped me * km away(Sangavi Phata) from my actual drop and said , the droping point is not in our list but i have told him that the redbus app showing me the sangavi stop and at mornig * am he has droped me at that point and there was no vehical there for next journey .I have field a complaint to redbus customer care but no reply from them yet.
