On *th feb **** I booked bus tickets of six persons from vishakhpatnam to Kolkata sleeper seats for ** feb **** but the bus was cancelled on that day due to some mechanical issues the bus operators called me and say to adjust in sitting chairs but I deny them that I won’t go by chair seats if sleeper is not available please cancel my tickets they said ok and they cancelled my tickets but I mailed Yatra I didn’t get any reply from there they don’t even inform me that the bus was cancelled what service they are providing my money was also deducted I want my money back immediately and the government should cancel their license they totally making fool to us so it’s request to please look after this matter as soon as possible
