From last *months, it is observed that whatever the BST free channels that were supposed to be broadcasted are not coming. Not even a single Telugu news channel is getting broadcasted and I am not able to see to even to select the channel in any way. This is completely against customer rights. When I called customer care there is proper response and call cut at the end saying audio not clear after whole *mins discussion without a glitz. Customer agent doesn't have a clue to help me out.
Even thought in the BST Telugu AddOn in the selfservice portal showing ** channels, it has zero details in it. This is completely ridiculous, that without proper consent from customer they removed the channels (Ex: TV* Telugu) by themselves which were coming earlier.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
