Mohammed Tauseef Naveef filed complaint against BSNL Broadband on Aug 1, 2020
BSNL is throttling broadband speed at *Mbps whereas the promised speed as per Superstar *** Broadband plan is **Mbps.
Since the time I've activated this plan, I've never received the promised speed of **Mbps.
Previously I had raised a complaint for the same and the speed was increased upto *Mbps and then again dropped back to *Mbps.
BSNL is knowingly throttling the speeds and not providing the service as per the Plan. I've paid the full rental and no refunds were provided by BSNL for the poor services provided by them

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
