I have got a new broadband connection recently from BSNL. I am suppose to get **mbps speed but hardly I am getting now only *- * mbps speed and the upload speed is a dead one. I pay rupees ***/- a month for **mbps speed but they are providing me only *-*mbps speed which is killing my time and money. I have lodged many complaints against this issue but no one responded to it and I continue to suffer with this issue. Please increase my broadband connection speed.
