Flipkart Internet Private Limited Bangalore - Broken product delivered and not picking up the product and not giving the refund

I have ordered a Morphy Richards ** L Convection Microwave Oven (**CG, Steel) on Aug **nd .. I have done a COD for Rs.***** and the product was delivered on **th Aug. They have scheduled a Demo and Tech visit on Thu, **st Aug. Infront of the technician we have opened the package and the oven glass was broken and there was dent in the back. It was due to poor packing of the product. We have called and flpkart said that there will be tech visit to see what is the issue and there was no visit from anyone. Then after repeated calling to flipkart they said they would pickup the product and replace the product. They used to set a * day window between the msg's and mail's and they would say 'We have escalated your issue.. pls expect a resolution by the next * days'. Despite the repeated calling to customer care looking for a resolution we would get the same response from the customer care agents. It was a money wasting effort for us to call the agents and had to wait on the response. Around after ** days.. they said that would refund the money after picking up the defective product.. and this was going still and they would not respond on the same. we have spend around Rs.*** to call the agents. It was time wasting and had to face a lot of mental stress on if the product would be delivered or not. Pls refund our money *****(product amount)+***(calling expenses).
