Brevity is the essence of this communication. W.r.t the order ID in the trail mail and the escalations on customer support no., all I have received is assurance of 'Call back".
Assurances are not resolutions!
I have been fIipkarting for about * years but so much for customer Loyalty! Not one for threatening to escalate I have maintained faith in your assurances.
Come **th, the next promised date for resolution I will have to recourse to media escalation.
