Flipkart Internet Private Limited Bangalore - Wrong colour and defective product delivered by Flipkart and they refuse to replace.

I ordered a car mat for my honda city **** model , car interior being Beige I ordered Beige,but when i received the product I found that white colour has come,also the product does not fit in my car.I wanted a replacement,hence I placed a replacement request immediately ,and since I cannot trust this brand anymore,i wrote in remarks column that I want refund.But two weeks passed,Flipkart person didn't come to collect this defective item.Hence I called Flipkart,but Flipkart refused to replace as they said your replacement request is showing cancelled,and there is no refund policy.Also they said since more than ** days have passed,we cannot do anything.I was shocked by such response.As an educated consumer even if the money may not be much as one Flipkart person said ( shockingly ), I think we need to raise voice against this.Flipkart cannot deliver defective item and keep quiet.
