My tikona customer id **********
I have been using tikona broadband from jan ****. Few months connection was good. Later it was getting bad to worse..
I have been giving complaints for slowness of speed and frequent disconnection of network but till now i haven’t received any permanent solutions.
From may the connection was very bad and i have full paid full amount without asking waiver off.
I had requested for deactivation also but one of their executive forced me to use. Then also i had same problem.
They are keep sending bills without deducting for non usage. Now they are asking me to pay rupees ****. Whereas i have used only **gb out of ** gb. From july ** to aug **
I have been asking them the calculation of rs. ****. On what basis they arrived ****. They are not ready to give basis of calculation also
I have told them that i will pay the amount for the service which i have used.
But tikona people calling me every day and harassing me for bill inspite of telling them that i will pay only for the days which i have used.
Their exectives are not understanding about the issue, they are only asking money.
I have attached bills (Internet usage is below specified limit) and i have attached mails replied by tikona
