Jahan filed complaint against Airtel on Nov 21, 2023
Broadband stopped working for us around Oct **. After complaints they told there was a cable issue around Nov */* and claimed they have replaced the cable/junction box. But since then broadband would work only intermittently and upload speed was close to * Mbps, which is close to useless. Last week alone I made **+ calls to their toll free number ***, and also spoke to * of their supervisior. Each time I would be promised a resolution the next day but only to extend ** hrs every time I call subsequently.
The emails to nodal officer would be responded with templated message of promising a update shortly. I have sent atleast ** e-mail to nodalofficer.tn@in.airtel.com, I have never been provided a resolution but just a text "As per your concern, our team is working on your request on priority and will provide updated status to you within shortly."
Its been close to ** days already and what are my options? Can I sue them for poor service and wrongful promise / lies ?
