My internet service has been disrupted and act has been very negligence and irresponsible in providing the service. I have taken a * months pack paying around ****. My first issue ticket which took * days to resolve after frustrating multiple follow ups. Internet came back of after * days and was working for * days. Now again internet is disrupted sr*************** has been reopened. There is no solution and ETA provided even after multiple follow ups and chasers.it seems they are least bothered to resolve taking into account our work from home and online classes.
