Hi,
I have raised a request for new Broadband Connection.
On *th November ****, and I had done the payment for * months plan as well.
One of the executive informed me that, with in ** hours will get the Connection.
After that no response from the them, I got a message that due to technical it will delay for * days.
I have called again on *th day to know status they said again **-** hours but no sign at all after that. Once in * days I was following up with customer care, it seems like they dont have any interest to keep good relation with the Customers.
Its not like that I call everyday to customer care and check the status.
Due to this my works are pending as I was not able to connect from Home. Mentally I was suffered lot and they say please be patient we will resolve soon.
Todays date is ** Nov **** still no reply from them
Totally Disappointed with AIRTEL.
