 - Broadband amount refund Closed

I had requested for new broadband connect and the person came to me and informed that ** mbps speed is available at the location which i had given to him. On same day another AIRTEL employee called me and informed that i will get only ** - ** mbps speed at that location and i had requested to cancel my connection and asked them to return my money. The team leads, managers from AIRTEL are lying customers like this and showing their sales targets to the company. The customers are suffering because of them and not receiving the refund in proper time. The AIRTEL representatives are saying that refund will take more than normal time . I am really frustrated to follow up with AIRTEL. My humble request is not to pay the money in advance. First get the confirmation from the reliable person about the speed and go ahead with connect.
