- Bose Faulty Earbuds Refund Closed
I purchased Bose QuietComfort True Wireless earbuds from Amazon on July **th, ****.
I used the product for few days and suddenly my right headset stopped working so I approached the Bose service center on Sep **st, ****, they explained to me that there is an issue with software and will replace the product.
I received the replacement product after "forty-six" days on *th Nov ****. After a couple of days of usage, the replaced product also suddenly stopped working on the right side. I again approached the service center on **th Nov ****, they again explained to me that there is an issue with software and will replace the product.
Currently my second replacement product is with the service center for more than ** days.
Because of the repeated faulty products, I requested a refund, but the service center personnel denied the refund also behaving rudely.
Kindly help me to get the refund amount from Bose service center.
