- Booking related Closed
On the *th June **** i had booked ticket from Yatra.com website from Bangalore to Trivandrum which i paid the amount from Zest Money EMI and received the booking infirmation which is success.
But my complaint is for the second booking which i performed in same Yatra.com for return Trivandrum to Bangalore, i entered the details and payment again used the same payment mode that is Zest Money EMI, however the ticket did not generate and have not received any kind of reference number and the money got deducted from Zest Money. i loged a complaint in Yatra.com portal and they have given me the resolution pertaining to my first booking which i did not have any issue, after several attempts reaching them over email i have no kind of resolution provided, kindly help me get my money Rs.****
