I have initiate Kia Seltos booking cancellations on **th Dec'**. As confirmed by customer executive refund will be credited within *-** days. It has been more than ** days now, I am following up with executive on calls & mails, they are not responding. Due to this customer service behaviour only I have cancelled my Seltos booking.
