I booked a holiday package for * people, for December with OYO total holidays. The package was booked * months in advance. The **% payment was made by me in the first week of booking. The remaining was to be paid ** days prior travel. At this point, Ahefaz told me my chosen hotels are no longer available, so I had to choose some other hotels instead. Also, the earlier included dinner is no longer part of the package. After repeated follow up, the sales personnel Ahefaz Siddique failed to share the payment link. So instead, his team leader, Deepender shared the same ** days prior to travel date. The payment was made in full, but instead of a proper confirmation, only a one-line mail saying that the payment is received and the vouchers will be released shortly was shared with me by Ahefaz Siddique.
Post that, I followed up every day for the confirmation mail and vouchers to which the team leader said that the sales personnel is out on leave and will share it tomorrow.
* days prior to my travel, Deepender (team lead) told me that the hotels I had chosen are no more available and now instead of * rooms as per package (one double occupancy and one single), they can only provide one triple occupancy room.
Or they can give me just flight tickets and I should manage the hotels, transfer, meals and activity all on my own.
