I was booking a hotel room. Money was deducted from my account but the MakeMyTrip app said the transaction failed. I did not receive a booking ID or a confirmation email or text from MakeMyTrip. The booking is not being reflected in the "My Trips" section of the app. There is no way for me to file a complaint/talk to am executive from MakeMyTrip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
