I booked room in oyo for ** to ** Sept **** but when reached hotel manager refuses to give room and told that they will not allow oyo customers after that oyo manager received call and asked me for refund or change I accepted refund but now also my refund not credited in my account and earlier I bookied on ** sept **** booking of *** Rupees and cancelled they showed me I will get ***% refund that also I don't get now please get it credited to my account as soon as possible.
