- Booking done but hotel refused about booking Open

I was travelling from chandigarh to Delhi for my office work and decided to stay at a hotel in Delhi, as usual I booked a hotel using Goibibo app, I reached the hotel on 4th June 18 at 12Am, The person at the reception told that there is no booking by my name , I re verified and checked my app, as the date and booking details were correct
I called the customer support and the guy said he is raising a ticket and will get the issue resolved , he asked me to be online , as he was back on call he asked me to make him speak to the hotel guy , the hotel guy said that he did not receive any voucher and he has no rooms available.
The guy tells me that I need to wait 15 mins and he will arrange a stay better than this one.
I waited half an hour and called back the helpline where another guy picked up and I had to narrate the complete story to him again he says he will call back
I again wait for half an hour and call back the help line, I asked the guy to make me speak to some senior and when the senior came he transfers me to some other department where Mr Davinder after listening to complete thing says that there are number of hotels in Karol Baugh why don’t you book a hotel there
I was shocked to hear the solution after 2 hours of painful waiting.
I was trying to book more hotels but the check in time for hotels is 12PM and hotels in vicinity were closed
Finally I booked a hotel , now when I check the status of the booking it says refund under process even when I did not cancel the booking
This is how Goibibo treats it’s regular customers
